Hot oil for frying Samosa leaves
Instructions are for the vegetarian samosa ingredients, but alter for the meat ones. In a large frying pan, cook your vegetables to soften. To your samosa leaf, add a pinch of mixture, then fold it as shown, and seal with a little water. Continue to construct as shown until you’ve used all your mixture. Be careful not to overfill the leaves.
Deep fry for a few seconds until golden brown, drain on kitchen paper and serve.
