Leg of Lamb Bay leaves Mixed herbs Rosemary (if you have it) Garlic, sliced. Cajun seasoning oil Salt black pepper lemon pepper lemon juice bay leaves
Make some cuts in the lamb leg, slice your garlic and push it down into the cuts in the leg of lamb. If you have Rosemary stick it in the holes too with the Bay leaves and mixed herbs. Take some salt, pepper, cajun seasoning and lemon pepper, season the meat well. Squeeze the lemon juice over the meat. Leave to marinade, preferably overnight.
Roast in the oven when needed.
