Hummus

1 can chickpeas, drained garlic Coriander, chopped Momma’s Cajun seasoning Salt, just a pinch 1 tsp Tahini Lemon juice Good glug of Olive oil Black pepper


Add olives if you wish.


Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blitz until smooth. Add more oil & lemon juice if more liquid is needed.
