Fresh or frozen broccoli & cauliflower, cooked until soft and drained. Flour American Mustard Milk Butter Cheese
Par boil some cauliflower and broccoli. Drain, and transfer to an oven proof dish.
Make a cheese sauce, using flour and butter to make a roux, season with my Cajun seasoning, a little American mustard, and cook until smooth. Add milk, whisking continuously. Grate some cheese, and add to the sauce, still whisking. Once the cheese sauce is ready, pour over the vegetables, and place into a preheated oven (180-200 c, 350 – 375 F, gas mark 4), and bake for 25 minuets.
