Beef Stew - From Leftovers

roux (to thicken) plain flour water salt & pepper


Chop everything and throw it in a pot with some stock and seasonings, cook at 180 for about 45 mins. Make a roux to thicken the sauce and add to the pot. Stir well, put back in the oven, and slow cook.
